Hi there! I’m Nat 🙂
I consider myself extremely lucky to make a living doing something I love – I work in the beer industry.
By day, I’m the marketing manager for Duvel Moortgat UK, an independent, family-run Belgian brewery. By night, I host beery talks, tastings & trainings as a Certified Cicerone® and accredited Beer Sommelier.
But what I love most about being a part of the beer industry is the people in it with me. And that’s what encouraged me to start this podcast.
Most people in beer have had a rather round about way into the industry (myself included!), which, in my eyes, makes the industry all the more interesting. So I’ve sat down with folks from across the industry to share a beer and share their stories.
To get to know a bit more about mine though, check out my other little corner of the internet, Watson’s Corner.
Here, I write about everything from the stories behind some of my favourite beers, to the best bits from my beercations (that’s my handy lingo for a beer-related vacation, which pretty much all of mine are!), to tips and tricks for preparing for the various beer certifications I’ve achieved.
You’ll also find information on any talks, tastings or trainings I’m hosting in London or beyond. [In addition to my Beer with Nat podcast, I’ve got another (hugely exciting!) project in the works, so look out for more events from me in the near future.]
I’m always up for a beer and a chat (hence starting this podcast!), so don’t hesitate to be in touch with any questions.
Thanks for listening!
